Objective

To provide a system that would allow a major labelling company to accurately apply and verify security barcodes on a product with the facility to abort any non-compliant packs.

Solution

Based upon the Silverline conveyor, incorporating accurate in-line pack rotation and alignment combined with reject facility. The system provided exceeded the customer's expectations as we provided the facility to mount the label applicators and readers within a much smaller footprint than had been anticipated.
